Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the forms on our website and during your visit. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (ç), the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the suppliers from whom we obtain website hosting, e-mail and technical infrastructure services, and to authorised public institutions upon request, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information you submit through the forms is kept until your request is concluded and the statutory limitation periods under the relevant legislation have expired. Website visit records are kept for a maximum of 12 months and are deleted automatically at the end of this period.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK,
• request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to our address above together with information identifying you, or to bilgi@degisimsogutma.com via registered e-mail (KEP), a secure electronic signature or the e-mail address you have previously provided to us. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
