- Panel room with hygienic surfaces and a tight-sealing door
- Redundant refrigeration unit
- Continuous temperature logging with SMS and e-mail alarms
- Shelving systems and product cabinets
What we pay attention to
We set up the standby cooling and the alarm chain at the start of the project to protect the product during a breakdown or power cut. During commissioning we place sensors at different points in the room to verify that no warm or cold spots remain.
